Documentation policy

This repository is canonical for technical documentation. Product repository READMEs stay concise and link here. Changes to routes, collections, background processing, configuration, architecture, or deployment must update these docs in the same coordinated change.

The documentation describes current behavior and labels future work explicitly. Historical cloud-provider guides are available through Git history, not as active operational instructions. Pages distinguish current state, accepted target architecture, and proposed decisions explicitly.

Security notice

The current static site must be treated as public until the documentation authorization gateway is deployed and the static origin is inaccessible. Do not publish secrets, customer data, incident evidence, or privileged runbook details here yet.
